METRO MONDAYS

The Hi Flyers are hosting MN/USA Metro Monday Folkstyle training sites at two locations this year, Minnetonka High School and St. Michael/Albertville High School. Wrestlers may choose to attend either site. Metro Mondays are a great way to learn Folkstyle technique and get some top-notch workouts with wrestlers from many different communities. World Silver Medallist Brandon Eggum along with other Minnesota Gopher wrestlers will run the practices. The program is for 8^th grade and under as long as you are not on varsity. The practices are designed for kids that have a reasonable understanding of the basics and want to build from there. Each practice will be approximately 2/3 technique and 1/3 live wrestling.

The cost is $30 and you need a U.S.A. wrestling card. If you do not have your card for this year we will have cards available at the first practice at a cost of $30.

DECEMBER 1^st, 8^th, 15^th and 22nd

JANUARY 5^th, 12^th and 26th

FEBRUARY 2^nd, 9^th and 23rd

LOCATION: Minnetonka High School and St. Michael/Albertville High School

TIME: 6:30 TO 8:00. SIGN-UP IS BEFORE THE 1^ST PRACTICE AT 6:00 PM.
