Hi Flyers Technique and Scrimmage

Who: All Mn/USA wrestlers from the Midget through Junior Age Groups.

What: Work on your freestyle technique in a two hour session. Technicians will be Jared Lawrence and Brandon Eggum along with additional Hi Flyer coaches. At the end of the session, we will break into groups of 4 and have a round robin format scrimmage.

Where: Competitive Edge in Rogers (See below for address). We will have six full size mats available.

When: May 13^th, 20^th and June 3^rd and 10^th. Sign-In at 8:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. Practice starts at 8:30 A.M. We will plan on being done by roughly 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Why: We have 5 weeks between the freestyle state tournament and Northern Plains and this is a great time to improve our freestyle technique and also to get in some good matches in the scrimmages.

Cost: $10 per Session. Pay at sign-up each session. Must have your USA card.
